? Work Environment: High-volume, shift-based manufacturing facility

? What's a typical day as a General Utility Associate? You will:
? Support production lines with materials and packaging supplies to keep operations moving.
?? Start and operate mixers and basic production equipment.
? Palletize work-in-process (WIP) and finished goods to meet production output requirements.
? Track inventory counts and production output throughout the shift.
? Monitor downtime and document causes accurately.
? Ensure correct packaging materials are used for each product type.
? Load and unload trucks and stage shipments for accurate, on-time delivery.
? Perform visual and tool-assisted quality inspections.
? Maintain clean and organized work areas using 6S housekeeping standards.
? Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures.
? Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
Manufacturing or industrial work experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Comfort working long shifts in a fast-paced production environment.
Basic math, counting, and documentation skills.
A team-oriented mindset with strong safety awareness.
Plastics manufacturing experience (a plus, not required).

Work Environment & Expectations:
Manufacturing environment with continuous material movement.
Regular standing, walking, lifting, bending, and pallet handling.
Strict adherence to safety, PPE, and quality standards.
Shift-based schedules supporting 24/7 operations.
