Nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire de la paie pour diriger les opérations de paie au Canada, en veillant à ce que les employés soient payés avec précision et à temps, tout en respectant les lois fédérales et provinciales. Vous superviserez le traitement de la paie, gérerez une équipe, assurerez la production de rapports et améliorerez continuellement les processus pour accroître l'efficacité.

Ce que vous ferez
  • Gérer le traitement de la paie bihebdomadaire des employés canadiens, y compris les impôts, les saisies sur salaire et les avantages sociaux.

  • Superviser les opérations de paie pour les nouvelles embauches, les cessations d'emploi, les primes, les commissions et la rémunération des expatriés.

  • Garantir la conformité aux lois fédérales et provinciales, tout en protégeant les données confidentielles de la paie.

  • Diriger une équipe de professionnels de la paie, en fournissant encadrement et soutien.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour optimiser les processus de paie et résoudre les problèmes.

  • Assurer la production des rapports fiscaux liés à la paie et participer à la préparation des T4.

  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations pour un système de paie plus efficace.

  • Servir de point de contact principal pour les demandes liées à la paie, tant des employés que des organismes gouvernementaux.

Profil recherché
  • 5 ans ou plus d'expérience en gestion de la paie, y compris une bonne connaissance de la fiscalité liée à la paie.

  • 2 ans ou plus d'expérience en gestion d'équipe.

  • Excellente compréhension des lois canadiennes sur la paie, de la comptabilité de la paie (GL) et de la conformité.

  • Expérience avec ADP GlobalView ou un système de paie similaire.

  • Maîtrise du français (obligatoire).

  • Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel et des outils de reporting de la paie.

  • Capacité à gérer une paie à volume élevé dans un environnement rapide.

  • Souci du détail, esprit analytique et respect de la confidentialité.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership, avec une volonté de favoriser le changement.

Atouts
  • Certification de l'Association canadienne de la paie (ACP).

  • Expérience en traitement des saisies sur salaire.
     


About the Role

We're looking for a Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across Canada, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while staying compliant with federal and provincial laws. You'll oversee payroll processing, manage a team, handle reporting, and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency.

What You'll Do
  • Manage bi-weekly payroll processing for Canadian employees, including taxes, garnishments, and benefits.

  • Oversee payroll operations for new hires, terminations, bonuses, commissions, and expatriate compensation.

  • Ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations, safeguarding confidential payroll data.

  • Lead a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance and support.

  • Partner with internal teams to optimize payroll processes and resolve issues.

  • Handle payroll tax reporting and collaborate on T4 form preparation.

  • Identify and implement process improvements for a more efficient payroll system.

  • Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from employees and government agencies.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including payroll tax knowledge.

  • 2+ years of leadership experience, managing direct reports.

  • Strong understanding of Canadian payroll laws, payroll accounting (GL), and compliance.

  • Experience with ADP GlobalView or similar payroll systems.

  • Fluency in French (required).

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools.

  • Ability to manage high-volume payroll in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to maintain confidentiality.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a willingness to drive change.

Nice to Have
  • Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) certification.

  • Experience processing wage garnishments.
