Global Marketing Analyst (Irvine/hybrid)
Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is currently seeking a Global Marketing Analyst for a long-term engagement in Irvine, CA with one of our Global Pharmaceutical clients. This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc. This role is full-time and is offering full benefit options. As a Kelly FSP employee you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, Vison, 401K, and a variety of other benefits to choose from. You will also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation, and sick/personal time.
JOB GOAL:
The assistant will work along the Global Marketing Managers, aiming to support the development of strategic marketing plans. This position will be connected to cross-functional areas, as well as regional Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Submit documents on Company Portal (Veeva submissions)
  • Build Excel files and connect different sources of information.
  • Represent Global Marketing in meetings with supply chain stakeholders.
  • Order products swag (E.g.: pens, banners, etc.)
  • Manage the Company SharePoint (LINK)
  • Notes for Stand Up
  • Add POs on eMarketplace portal.
  • Schedule dinners /lunches/ birthday cards
  • Schedule team meetings including meeting room arrangements.
  • Logistics for any customer engagement events during congress (meetings, dinner, etc.)
  • Draft NPI Newsletter for circulation
  • Arrange shipment to regions/markets.
  • Design financial reports in Excel and present details.
QUALIFICATIONS:          
  • Minimum of a BA/BS degree is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Marketing
  • Must exhibit proficiency in the following competencies: adaptability, teamwork, initiative, innovation, integrity, analytical and communication.
  • Experience in supply chain and/or demand planning.
  • Some project management experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point
  • Veeva experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of medical devices a plus
  • Must be local to Irvine, CA office.
