We're looking for a dependable Warehouse Clerk to support our daily shipping and receiving operations. In this role, you'll help ensure all inbound and outbound loads are processed accurately and on time. You'll work closely with warehouse teams, office staff, carriers, and planners to keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Do (Daily Responsibilities)- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments, including identifying shortages or overages
- Log discrepancies such as wrong products, incorrect quantities, or damages
- Prepare and file shipping/receiving documents and help coordinate damaged or defective products
- Communicate with the Front Office for ordering supplies
- Control access to the receiving/loading dock
- Work closely with other departments to support company goals
- Coordinate with inbound/outbound operators and carriers for pickup and delivery schedules
- Use WMS to create pick lists, put-away lists, load sheets, and Bills of Lading (BOLs)
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation
- You work well in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly
- You respond with urgency and make confident decisions
- You take pride in completing tasks from start to finish
- You're open to new ideas and enjoy finding better ways to work

Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience as a Shipping/Receiving or Warehouse Office Clerk
- Previous warehouse or operational experience preferred
- Knowledge of SAP and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and follow?up skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work standard or extended hours as needed
- Ability to sit on a powered industrial truck regularly
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform bending, stooping, standing, walking, and pivoting
- Good balance and hand?eye?foot coordination
- Ability to judge distances and heights
- Work in varying temperatures depending on the season
- Ability to see clearly at close distances and adjust focus
