Hand Solder Technician wanted

Job Summary
Hiring a Hand Solder Technician II to support high-quality electronics assembly. This role is ideal for someone with strong soldering skills, attention to detail, and experience working to strict quality standards.

Responsibilities
Perform precision hand soldering under a microscope
Read and follow blueprints and manufacturing documents (MAIs, ECOs/ECNs)
Implement engineering changes with minimal supervision
Inspect work to ensure quality and customer requirements are met

Qualifications
3–5 years of electronics assembly and hand soldering experience
IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification preferred
ISO 9000 or AS9100 experience a plus
SMT experience is a bonus
Able to read and write English

Physical/Vision Requirements
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Annual eye exam required

ITAR document required

Irvine, CA.

$20-$22 an hour

Monday - Thursday 5am-6am start time  4/10 schedule
