About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Hardware Design Engineer to join our innovative team! This is an outstanding opportunity to take your career to the next level with full relocation support. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in high-speed cable design, electronic design, and PCB layout, and be ready to work on next-generation products. Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) is a strong plus.

This role will require being onsite but we are offering a very competitive relocation package.    Live close to Hersheypark Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize high-speed electronic circuits, cables, and systems.
  • Lead schematic capture, PCB layout, and design reviews using Altium Designer.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, firmware, and software teams.
  • Ensure hardware meets performance, manufacturability, and reliability requirements.
  • Investigate and implement new technologies including AI integration (plus).
  • Mentor junior team members as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in hardware/electronic design.
  • Significant experience with high-speed cables/interconnects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout.
  • Expertise in electronic design, circuit theory, system architecture, and PCB fabrication processes.
  • Proven track record in complex PCB layouts (multi-layer boards).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills (Plus):
  • Experience integrating or designing for AI applications.
  • Familiarity with signal integrity tools, simulation, and advanced troubleshooting.
