Salario/Compensación: $11.00 por hora Turno: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM  ¿Por qué deberías postularte como Representante de Soporte al Cliente I?

¿Cómo sería un día típico como Representante de Soporte al Cliente I?

• Supervisar el inventario de suministros y realizar revisiones periódicas
• Monitorear copiadoras, impresoras y escáneres, asegurando el suministro adecuado de papel y efectuando lecturas de medidores
• Apoyar en la remoción, instalación y capacitación en equipos nuevos o existentes
• Preparar reportes y brindar soporte de nivel 1 para llamadas de servicio
• Atender y resolver solicitudes de clientes y problemas técnicos básicos con equipos
• Colaborar con los equipos de Soporte Técnico de IT para reparaciones o necesidades de programación más complejas

Este puesto es ideal para ti si:

• Tienes experiencia y familiaridad con equipos de copiado, impresoras, escáneres, o sistemas relacionados (esencial)
• Posees una licencia de conducir de PR vigente, tienes vehículo propio en buen estado y estás dispuesto a recibir pago por millaje para viajar entre las ubicaciones de servicio
• Cuentas con un grado asociado
• Tienes experiencia previa en soporte técnico o servicio al cliente
• Estás disponible para trabajar a tiempo completo y trasladarte entre varios campus en el área metropolitana
