Kelly is seeking a Home Care Operations Director to work with our client, a locally founded, owned, and operated home care provider, on a direct hire basis. The Home Care Operations Director will:

• Lead and manage daily operations of the agency, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of compassionate care
• Oversee scheduling, service delivery, and caregiver performance
• Conduct client assessments and consultations when needed
• Act as a backup to the Community Outreach Manager by building relationships with referral sources and representing the company in the community
• Act as a backup to the Scheduling Supervisor by assisting with caregiver scheduling and addressing immediate staffing needs
• Supervise and coach office staff and caregivers, fostering accountability and performance
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
• Monitor budgets, track performance against company targets, and drive growth strategies
• Maintain client and caregiver satisfaction through communication and problem-solving
• Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, clients, and families

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of management or leadership experience
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and step into operational or marketing roles as needed
• Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and basic financial oversight
• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Skills Qualifications:

• Experience in home care or healthcare leadership
• Proven ability to grow teams and hit revenue/operational targets
• Comfortable meeting families and conducting in-home assessments
• Strong community networking and outreach skills
