Description
Job Summary:
 We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housing Compliance Specialist to support our team in managing LIHTC and HUD Section 8 recertifications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RealPage/OneSite software and a strong understanding of affordable housing compliance requirements.
 Schedule: Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM
 
 Key Responsibilities: 
- Conduct annual and interim recertifications for LIHTC and HUD Section 8 programs
 - Review and verify resident eligibility documentation
 - Maintain accurate resident files in accordance with program regulations
 - Enter and update resident data in RealPage/OneSite
 - Communicate with residents regarding required documentation and deadlines
 - Collaborate with property management staff to ensure compliance with federal and state housing regulations
 - Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies as needed
 
- Prior experience with LIHTC and HUD Section 8 compliance is required
 - Proficiency in RealPage/OneSite software
 - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
 - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Familiarity with affordable housing regulations and documentation standards

- Training will be minimal; prior experience is essential
