Kelly Services is seeking a direct hire onsite HR Coordinator who is eager to grow within our client's company, passionate about recruitment, and dedicated to delivering excellent employee support in Duluth, GA. Responsibilities:

  • Support full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Assist in managing HR processes, such as new hire paperwork, compliance tracking, and employee relations support.
  • Maintain and update HR records using ADP and SharePoint.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and assist in HR projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate employee hours, deductions, and compensation.
  • Help administer benefit programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or in a related field.
  • 2+ years of HR/Recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with ADP and SharePoint is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Salary $65K a year
  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 100% onsite
