HR Data Analyst – Benefits & Compensation (Hybrid in Nashville, TN)
$32.45/hour | Contract | Hybrid (2 days onsite/week)


Kelly® is hiring an HR Data Analyst – Benefits & Compensation for a leading filtration solutions manufacturer in Nashville, TN. This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for data accuracy, and a solid background in employee benefits and compensation programs.

Pay & Schedule:
•    Pay: $32.45/hour
•    Job Type: Contract
•    Schedule: Full-time, standard business hours
•    Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite in Nashville, TN

Key Responsibilities:
•    Perform data audits and conduct root cause analysis to resolve discrepancies in benefits and compensation data
•    Reconcile retirement contribution data and resolve issues with accuracy
•    Manage administration of equity and deferred compensation programs
•    Respond to benefits-related inquiries, providing clear guidance and solutions to employees
•    Generate reports and perform analysis to evaluate benefit plan effectiveness
•    Write and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR processes
•    Collaborate with vendors, employee groups, and internal HR partners
•    Support compliance with plan design, internal policy, and government regulations
•    Assist with benefit recordkeeping, training materials, and internal audits

Qualifications:
•    High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
•    3+ years of relevant experience in HR analysis, benefits, or compensation administration
•    Strong knowledge of Excel—must be comfortable with advanced formulas and data manipulation
•    Familiarity with HRIS systems, benefits compliance, and reporting
•    Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and customer service mindset
•    Experience with data reconciliation, troubleshooting, and process improvement
