HR Shared Services Coordinator
Mayfield Heights, OH
Temporary
$20-25/hr


*Position will be hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Kelly is seeking an HR Shared Services Coordinator to work with our client, a successful global manufacturing organization, on a temporary basis for about 6 months. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an organization that is committed to advancing scientific breakthroughs!

The HR Shared Services Coordinator will:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking information about HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate HR team members as needed
  • Manage and analyze large datasets in Excel, including handling EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) for data integration and uploads into Workday
  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes, streamline workflows, and improve the employee experience
  • Propose solutions to HR leadership and subject matter experts (SMEs)
  • Assist in processing HR department invoices, tracking expenses, and allocating costs to the correct cost centers
  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices related to benefits, talent acquisition, and other HR functions
  • Maintain accurate financial records for the HR Department and support invoicing and payment processes
  • Coordinate logistics for recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, arranging travel, initiating pre-hire actions items, and assisting with campus recruitment
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to recruiting policies, procedures, and programs
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years Human Resources experience
  • Experience with HR Service Management system (e.g., Workday Help, ServiceNow HRSM) preferred
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Self-directed with demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Must be proficient in various relevant computer/software programs with strong Excel and reporting skills
