Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Competitive salary dependent on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the College's applicant tracking system & job site postings.
  • Update system functions & ensure posting accuracy.
  • Assist hiring managers, search committees, and candidates with system-related inquiries.
  • Organize approved Request for Position Approval (RPA) forms.
  • Ensure accuracy of RPA information and maintain electronic search files.
  • Enter background reports accurately and communicate results.
  • Reconcile vendor invoices and manage archives per retention schedule.
  • Collaborate on process improvements with HR Classification & Position Control Manager.
  • Analyze and resolve system errors through critical thinking.
  • Assist with communications on Specialized Professional Services (SPS) and maintain documentation.
  • Support new employee orientation and recruitment events.
  • Create and analyze reports on demographics and position status.
  • Engage with department representatives and applicants.
  • Provide office coverage and ensure efficient operations.
  • Assist with various HR projects and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in Human Resources (Employment, Recruitment, Onboarding).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years general office experience.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
