Human Resources Administrator – Wichita Falls, TX

KellyOCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Human Resources Administrator for one of our Global clients in Wichita Falls, TX.  This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.  
As a KellyOCG employee you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from.   You'll also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation and sick/personal time.  All KellyOCG employees receive annual performance reviews. 

Title: Human Resources Administrator
Location: Wichita Falls (73610)
Pay: open, plus benefits and PTO
Hours: M-F business hours

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, verify, process and maintain personnel related documentation (new hire onboarding, pre-employment documentation, including physicals/testing, employee training, FLMA, etc.)
  • Schedule new hire orientations, create employee badges, file employee documents and ensure all new hires complete initial training
  • Track timecards, process hourly payroll and time approvals and distribute appropriate documents to accounting department
  • Communicate required training courses and required yearly tests/physicals to EHS department and employees
  • Ensure signatures are on appropriate documents and are completed properly, including required approvals
  • Provide assistance within multiple HR disciplines: arrange interviews, coordinate trainings, employee onboarding, employee relations support, benefits administration, and departmental administrative work
  • Respond to moderately complex email and phone inquiries regarding benefits, HR policies and personnel procedures
  • Generate updates on personnel reports and provide documentation for audits
  • Monitor the maintenance and updates of personnel records in HR systems (including employee movements, manual pay, time and attendance tracking)
  • Assist employees in the use of EmpowerU to find related policies and benefits
  • Assists with policy rewrites and job postings
  • Provide suggestions and actionable insights to improve employee experience as well as employer-employee relations
  • Collaborate and assist with other business departments as required
  • Coordinate with Kelly leadership as required and perform any additional tasks assigned by Kelly leadership

Qualifications:
  • Must be highly organized and be able to work independently with moderate supervision
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Must be able to developing interpersonal relationships with all levels of the company
  • Must be able to work closely with management team to problem solve
  • Must have professional discretion and maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • BS/BA degree preferred, with relevant experience of 5 years or more
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required
