Human Resources Assistant – Wichita Falls, TX

KellyOCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant for one of our Global clients in Wichita Falls, TX.  This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.  
As a KellyOCG employee you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from.   You'll also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation and sick/personal time.  All KellyOCG employees receive annual performance reviews. 

Title: Human Resources Assistant
Location: Wichita Falls (73610)
Pay: open, plus benefits and PTO
Hours: M-F business hours

Responsibilities: Perform daily Human Resources Coordinator duties including, but not limited to:

  • Create/run reports and provide documentation for audits
  • Track FMLA requests, submissions, and expiration dates
  • Create employee badges, filing employee documents, and track training
  • Schedule meetings, visitor arrivals, interviews, and pre-employment physicals/testing
  • Data entry of employee movements, manual pay, and time and attendance changes
  • Prepare new hire paperwork and verify all pre-employment documents are filed
  • Schedule new hire orientations and ensure all new hires complete initial training
  • Track time cards and distribute appropriate documents to accounting department
  • Process hourly payroll; including all time approval and accurate hours.
  • Communicate required training courses and required yearly tests/physicals to EHS department and employees
  • Ensure signatures are on the appropriate documents and are completed properly including required approvals
  • Assist Accounting/Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, and anywhere else needed
  • Coordinate with KOCG Operations Supervisor, Manager or Director, as required
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by KellyOCG Management

Qualifications
  • Must be highly organized and be able to work independently
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • High school diploma required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Work Environment - Onsite, modular workspace

Report hazards to management. Ensure a high standard of housekeeping in the work area. Be a safety role-model to all employees. Make suggestions to improve safety at the workplace. Actively participate in department safety committee, if required.
