Kelly Services has partnered with a leading supplier in the manufacturing industry seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. The HR Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Human Resources department through administrative diligence and leadership in key operational functions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage heavy administrative tasks including scheduling, managing correspondence, and filing HR documents efficiently.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new hires through coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Ensure that all necessary employment documents are collected, verified, and stored securely.
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates to ensure proper fit to company standards and job requirements.
  • Coordinate logistics for external visitors, including meeting arrangements and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Organize accommodations and meal arrangements for guests and company events.
  • Assist with both hourly and strategic recruitment tasks, such as reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and scheduling interviews with Managers and Supervisors.
  • Support retention strategies by maintaining employee engagement programs and monitoring key metrics.
  • Actively participate in streamlining and improving HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Ensure that all employee and applicant documentation, as required by governing agencies, is maintained consistently and accurately.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR coordination.
  • Prior manufacturing experience
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Resilient personality
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to adapt to change
