What's a typical day as HR Coordinator? You'll be:
- Serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the National Attendance Program (NAP), ensuring compliance with Family Medical Leave (FMLA) and other attendance policies.
- Conducting audits of attendance and tardiness records, correcting and updating employee documentation as necessary.
- Collaborating with operations customers and UAW stakeholders to provide updates and resolve attendance-related issues.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Have at least one year of experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
- Are available to work all shifts, including day, night, and weekends.
