Human Resources - HRBP Manager
West Bloomfield Mi
Hybrid work schedule
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year
Bonus: Performance-based potential of 10%

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to join growing team. Reporting to the Director of HR, you will play a pivotal role in supporting leadership across the organization, particularly in new growth areas. This position requires a balance of strategic HR leadership and hands-on execution, making a meaningful impact on company culture, performance management, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Partnership: Collaborate with leaders across the organization to identify and address HR needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Employee Relations: Handle HR complaints, provide guidance on conflict resolution, and support performance management and disciplinary actions.
  • Performance Management: Lead the year-end performance review process to drive employee development and engagement.
  • Training & Development: Assist in designing and implementing a companywide training program to enhance workforce skills and career growth.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a fast-paced, multi-location, or high-growth environment.
  • Passion for building inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace cultures.
  • Ability to set HR strategy while also executing key initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, data analytics, and automation to enhance decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, etc.) are a plus.
