Kelly Services is seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager for a direct hire opportunity to join a trusted leader in high-quality health products and services, there mission to promote wellbeing and improve access to care, in Austin, TX.
Requirements:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing HR solutions that drive business success.
- Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent retention.
- Champion diversity and inclusion programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies, change management strategies, and compliance measures.
- Build partnerships across the organization to deliver impactful HR programs.
- Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends to inform data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role or a similar HR leadership role with start-up experience a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Proven success in supporting geographically dispersed teams.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish (to collaborate with our global team) required.
- Availability to travel up to 20% to California and Mexico City, MX required.
- Demonstrated experience as a trusted advisor and business partner to senior executives and business leaders.
- Strong understanding of HR programs and best practices, including talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement, and acquisition.
- Salary: $90-120k a year
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (availability to work in office 1 or 2 times a month)
