$23 per hour.

What's a typical day as a Human Resource Specialist? You'll be:
• Providing high-touch customer service to employees and managers through various communication channels, ensuring they receive timely support for HR, payroll, and benefits transactions.
• Processing and entering confidential employee information in the HRIS (WorkDay) accurately and efficiently, including new hires, terminations, and benefit enrollments.
• Supporting team members across functional areas while identifying and implementing ongoing process improvements to enhance service delivery.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma with 0-3 years of experience in an HR-related field; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Possess demonstrated knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Benefits, with a customer service mindset, ideally in a call center or centralized HR environment.
• Are proficient in HRIS systems like Workday or PeopleSoft and have strong verbal and written communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach to maintaining sensitive information.
