Kelly is seeking Imaging Specialists to join our team in Indianapolis! In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing, scanning, and indexing important client documents, ensuring accuracy and quality every step of the way. This position is a great fit for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on tasks, working with technology, and being part of a supportive team.
What You'll Do
• Prepare, sort, and index hard copy records for scanning based on client requirements.
• Convert paper files into digital images using scanning software while maintaining image quality.
• Perform quality checks, identify errors, and correct scanned documents as needed.
• Reassemble documents to their original condition after scanning.
• Enter required data fields manually for validation and verification.
• Track production, complete documentation, and maintain scanning equipment.
• Safely move materials using pallet jacks, carts, and related equipment.
What We're Looking For
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience: At least 1 year in a team-oriented environment (service industry preferred).
Skills:
• Basic PC and scanning software knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and adapting to project changes.
• Physical Ability: Lift 20–60 lbs, bend, stretch, reach, and operate pallet jacks/forklifts as needed.
