Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about global trade compliance? We are looking for an Import Export Compliance Analyst to help us safeguard our international business processes and keep our operations running smoothly. If you enjoy collaborating across departments and want to play a crucial role in our import/export work, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do:
  • Make sure our imports follow US Customs regulations—HTS classification, valuation, country of origin, and detailed record keeping.
  • Ensure exports are compliant with EAR and ITAR regulations, assigning correct ECCN and ITAR classifications.
  • Collaborate with global Engineering and Materials teams to get product classifications right.
  • Screen export orders, watch for any restricted/denied parties, and help maintain thorough compliance documentation.
  • Handle BIS licensing, support import brokerage, and take on day-to-day compliance activities.
  • Use your critical thinking skills to catch ambiguities, spot risks, and strengthen our processes.
  • Monitor our internal controls and help the team exceed compliance targets.
  • Work with colleagues across supply chain, engineering, and materials, both locally and globally.
What We're Looking For:
  • Hands-on experience with HTS codes, ECCN codes, BIS licensing, and import brokerage.
  • Knowledge of EAR export regulations (ITAR experience a plus).
  • Superb attention to detail — you double-check the small stuff because it matters!
  • Strong risk mitigation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a knack for managing ambiguity.
  • Clear, friendly communication style, and a collaborative approach to teamwork across functions and countries.
  • Supply chain degree preferred, but we're flexible if you have relevant experience.
Perks & Arrangement:
  • Hybrid schedule: office and remote flex.
  • Connect and collaborate with talented folks from around the world.
  • Make a real impact in an important part of our business.
