Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$40-50/hr

What's a typical day as Indigenous Relations Advisor? You'll be:
• Accountable for the strategy and direction of engagement within the regional area of Prince George, coordinating with internal team members across various departments.
• Collaborating with partners within and outside Public Affairs, Communications (PACS) to develop and implement effective engagement strategies and tools.
• Designing and leading community engagement initiatives with Indigenous groups, local governments, and organizations to support business goals and project objectives.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a university degree from a related post-secondary program, with 7 or more years of experience in Indigenous and/or stakeholder engagement, preferably in the resources sector.
• Possess knowledge of regulatory and government processes, with experience in participating in regulatory processes being a significant asset.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proven abilities in consultation, negotiation, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
