Industrial Engineer/ Controls Engineer (Memphis, TN).
The Industrial Engineer focuses on optimizing production lines, enhancing capabilities, implementing PLC programming, and ensuring efficient manufacturing processes. This position requires engineering/data analysis skills and PLC programming to achieve operational excellence.   Key Responsibilities: Production Line Development: Design and optimize a final assembly processing lines. Process Enhancement: Expand capabilities from a single to multiple lines by evolving manual processes and integrating effective PLC programming solutions. PLC Programming: Develop and maintain PLC programs to enhance production equipment performance, enabling automation and process efficiency on multiple lines. Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with various departments to improve test yields, ensuring product integrity and performance. Engineering Expertise: Work across mechanical engineering, automation engineering, industrial engineering, and quality engineering/data analysis functions, contributing to comprehensive process improvements. Data Center Equipment Knowledge: Deep understanding of datacenter equipment required to effectively enhance capabilities in operations related to technology infrastructure. SOP Development: Developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize practices and enhance efficiency across manufacturing operations.   Position Associated Skills: PLC Programming. SOP Development.
