Industrial Maintenance Technician – Join a Leading Manufacturing Team in Paris, KY!
Pay Rate: $24–$29/HR (Based on experience and shift)
Schedule: We have both a 1st and 2nd shift role available!
? 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mandatory OT on Fridays)
? 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM (Mandatory OT on Fridays)

Perform repairs and maintenance on all equipment and the facility, working closely with department supervisors to meet production needs.
? Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently, including basic electrical work and tooling maintenance.
? Maintain accurate records, schedule outside service when needed, and keep the maintenance area clean and organized.
Machine Maintenance & Tool and Die Experience: Strong understanding of equipment operation and repair.
? Technical Skills: Basic welding, ability to operate a surface grinder, milling machine, radial drill, and lathe.
? Equipment Operation: Experience with forklifts and scissor lifts.
? Measurement & Inventory Management: Ability to read measuring devices (tape measures, calipers, micrometers) and maintain tools, manuals, and spare parts inventory.
? Basic Electrical Work: Must be comfortable handling electrical maintenance tasks.
? Valid Driver's License: Required to operate the company pick-up truck as needed.
