Job Title: Injection Molding Operator
Location: Greensboro, NC 27409
Shift: 3rd Shift – 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Sunday–Thursday)
Pay Rate: $22.70 per hour

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable Injection Molding Operator to join our manufacturing team on 3rd shift. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining injection-molding presses, ensuring product quality, and supporting production goals. Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain injection-molding presses safely and efficiently.

• Perform visual inspections of molded products to ensure compliance with Quality Inspection Plans (QIP) and mold book specifications.

• Package finished products according to packing process sheets.

• Complete required production documentation, including reporting scrap, downtime, equipment issues, and labor tracking.

• Perform weight counting, fill totes, and label products to ensure count accuracy.

• Move products from one process stage to the next as needed.

• Load and unload components into and out of molds, depending on machine automation.

• Follow established procedures and company policies to complete routine tasks.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

• Basic math skills for counting and labeling accuracy.

• Ability to work independently on routine tasks.
