Injection Molding Technician| Alpharetta, GA | $30.00/hr. | Long term temporary role with potential for hire | Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm with overtime and/or alternate shift work as needed

Position Information:
• This role is responsible for running equipment and managing work processes to consistently meet safety, quality, reliability, cost, and production objectives for the team.
• Operates and monitors Injection Molding machines and auxiliary equipment, making routine process adjustments as needed.
• Documents production processes accurately, submits product samples for testing, and coordinates product shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintains cleanliness of molding equipment according to SOPs and ensures a safe work environment, actively participating in safety audits, meetings, and training.
• Communicates proactively and collaborates closely with the front-line supervisor to support efficient workflow and workplace safety.
• Performs a variety of customary tasks and duties as assigned to support production and operational goals.
• Willingness to work overtime, alternate shifts, as required by the position
Required Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED required; additional technical training or an associate's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in plastics processing and equipment maintenance; candidates with relevant post-secondary education or certification may qualify with less experience.
• Demonstrates proficiency in operating and maintaining molding machinery, with strong mechanical aptitude and effective troubleshooting abilities.
• Skilled in MS Word and Excel, and able to collaborate effectively in team settings.
• Previous forklift operation, ability to be certified to operate forklift required
• Regularly required to lift and move products weighing up to 55 lbs. and must be medically cleared to wear a respirator as needed.
