Kelly Services is looking for an Ink Technician for one of our clients in the Telford/Souderton, PA area.
  Job Summary

The Ink Technician supports press operations by preparing, handling, and managing inks, solvents, adhesives, and related materials to ensure efficient production, waste reduction, and safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare color pulls for press approvals

• Move, mix, and return inks between presses and ink room; complete required documentation

• Unload, store, and document ink, chemical, and solvent deliveries

• Stage and document hazardous waste shipments in compliance with regulations

• Handle adhesive components and mix alternate adhesives as needed

• Maintain housekeeping standards to prevent accidents

• Perform cycle counts and inventory tracking

• Cross-train in other departments and train new hires as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior ink or printing experience preferred

• Strong color-matching and color discrimination skills

• Ability to work independently and support press operations

• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and move up to 400 lbs using a hand truck

• Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods

• High School diploma or equivalent
