Description

Kelly Services is hiring for an Install Tech/Driver in Longview, TX! We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to become part of our clients growing installation crew.
Compensation:

• $19.00/hour for 1st 90 days and then will move to a piece rate pay

Schedule:

• 7:00am to 4:00 pm

No experience with window installation necessary!

• Experience with power tools and driving trailers required
• Training provided
• Advancement opportunities available

Essential Tasks:

• Work closely with the Install Lead Technician to install windows, doors, patio doors, and sliders
• Engage in finish trim work
• Work with caulk
• Drive a truck and trailer to jobsites

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in carpentry skills such as trim carpentry and framing
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor
• Ability to climb and work from ladders

Additional Information:

• Job may require heavy lifting, working at heights, and exposure to various weather conditions
• Safety protocols must be followed at all times
