Job Title: Assembly Worker – Integrated Ventilator Specialist
Schedule: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
Reporting To: David Sanders and Brian
Pay Rate: $19 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Worker specializing in integrated ventilator systems. The successful candidate will perform assembly, testing, and calibration of a range of ventilators featuring pneumatic flow, timing, and on-demand control technology, all within a single model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, test, and calibrate ventilators, ensuring compliance with quality and performance standards
- Troubleshoot and optimize complex pneumatic circuits to maximize ventilator functionality
- Build and test various products and subassemblies, including demand valves, Autovents, AHP300 kits and accessories, EPV 100/200, MCV 100/200, and Auxbat AHP 300
- Consistently meet quality and productivity expectations
- Successfully pass the qualifying test for the Integrated Ventilator Specialist classification
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex pneumatic circuits
- Capability to build and test multiple ventilator products and related subassemblies
- Successful completion of the Integrated Ventilator Specialist qualifying test
