Job Title: Inventory Specialist – Temp to Hire (SAP & Excel Skills Required)
Location: St. Joseph, MO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (On-site)
Compensation: $20.00/hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual for a Temp to Hire opportunity as an Inventory Specialist. The ideal candidate is highly proficient with SAP systems and Microsoft Excel, and has experience working in both warehouse and office environments. This position plays a key role in tracking, recording, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize SAP to monitor, update, and manage inventory data
• Track and record inventory movements between warehouse and office locations
• Maintain detailed reports and spreadsheets in Excel
• Collaborate with warehouse and office staff to ensure inventory accuracy
• Perform periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Work on-site in both warehouse and office settings

Qualifications:

• Strong, hands-on experience with SAP
• Advanced Excel skills (Data entry, formulas, reporting, etc.)
• Prior experience in inventory management or a related field preferred
• Comfortable working in an industrial/warehouse environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities

Working Conditions:

• On-site, full-time schedule (M–F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Must be able to move between warehouse and office as job requires
• St. Joseph, MO location
