Details:

  • Monday - Friday  8 am - 4:30 pm
  • Pay Rate - $20 hr.
 
Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping alarm equipment orders while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work independently to meet daily shipping goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Order Picking & Accuracy
    • Pick products from the designated pick line, ensuring accuracy in selections.
    • Identify and report any damaged products within the warehouse.
  2. Packing & Shipping
    • Properly pack and arrange products with cost-effective shipping in mind.
    • Inspect orders for accuracy before shipment.
    • Assist with the shipping process after receiving equipment training.
  3. Inventory & Warehouse Maintenance
    • Participate in weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  4. Physical Requirements & Work Conditions
    • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
    • Remain on feet for extended periods throughout the shift.
    • Some mandatory overtime may be required.
Site Goals:
  • Accurately fulfill and ship all orders created each day.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on speed and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • A strong sense of urgency and competitiveness.
  • Innovative mindset with a drive for process improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in the absence of supervision.
  • Punctuality and effective time management during work hours.
  • Comfortable, supportive shoes are recommended for this role.
