Description

Job Title: Inventory Worker - P1 Cycle Counter
Payrate: $21 - $22/HR
Schedule- Monday - Friday (AM Shift)
Key Responsibilities:

  • Cycle Counting: Perform regular physical counts of inventory items to verify quantities and locations.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory practices to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, and issues.
  • Product Identification and Location: Ensure proper labeling and placement of inventory items using various tracking methods.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and other relevant metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work with warehouse and operations teams to optimize inventory management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency through process improvements.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Attention to Detail: Crucial for accurate counting and record-keeping.
  • Organizational Skills: Required for managing inventory and maintaining order in the warehouse.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Essential for investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
  • Inventory Management Knowledge: Comprehension of inventory control processes and best practices.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using inventory management systems and other relevant software.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move items and to stand for extended periods.
  • Forklift Experience: May be required, depending on specific job needs.
