At Kelly, we are recruiting IT Field Service technicians to support our Client. As a Field Service technician, you will support our clients with their hardware, networking, and troubleshooting requirements. Sporadic / on-call roles
What's in it for you?
- Type: Sporadic and on-call (Ticket based)
- Pay Rate: $26 - $28 per hour + 4% vacation pay.
- Paid milage for designated distance
- Time: Available between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Does this sound like you?
- 1+ years of hardware, networking, and troubleshooting experience; in-field experience will be considered an asset.
- 6 months of proven customer service experience is a must.
- Amazing problem solver
- Technically and mechanically savvy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail, organization, and time management capabilities.
- You are A+ certified or have experience.
- On-site service is required.
- Must have a car, cell phone and a laptop and console cable
- Basic tool kit
- Willing to travel
- Do sporadic tickets, mostly server-related work.
- Will need to drive and be willing to stay overnight, if necessary, as some tickets have a late start.
What will you be doing?
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs desktops, laptops, servers, and printers, POS Installations and troubleshooting.
- Printer Repair
- Hardware Installations and Network troubleshooting
- Strong customer service skills.
- Execute install, moves, adds, changes (IMAC) projects.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Maintained accurate service stock levels.
- Adhere to all Service Level Agreements.
- Execute tactful & professional communication.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations that result in satisfied customer service.
