Day of the week and time to be determined with candidate when hired. In other words, we are willing to work with someone's schedule.
Current pay rate is $21.42/HR.

What's a typical day as a Custodian. You'll be:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
They are responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy facility by completing various tasks.
This can include mopping & vacuuming floors, disinfecting surfaces and restrooms and emptying trash and recycle cans.
Essential Functions:
• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and cleaning activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
And other cleaning duties as assigned.
Additional Functions:
1. Properly collect and dispose of waste fuel, oil, hydraulic fluids, de-icing fluids, and solvent rags. Apply 6S and Lean Initiatives to keep shops, hangars, and aircraft work areas clean and uncluttered. .
2. Implement and apply Lean/continuous improvement processes to all areas of responsibility.
3. Properly use and maintain Company-provided tools and equipment. Return items to designated storage area after use.
4. Comply with safety rules and procedures. Use protective equipment as required and be alert for unsafe conditions. Address unsafe conditions before putting people or property at risk.
5. Use the material tracking system to create parts demand, track squawks, and sign-offs, and to charge labor to correct work orders.
6. In support of aircraft certification and final phase testing, may include flight tests on aircraft as required. . Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
Just experience with Janitorial, Cleaning, or Housekeeping.

This role is at one of our satellite offices in Dumas, TX. The need for a janitorial person runs from mid/late April to about mid-November. This will be weekly for about two hours a week.
We furnish all supplies needed.
