Junior Customer Service Administrator (Jr. CSA)
Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Position Summary
The Junior Customer Service Administrator (Jr. CSA) is responsible for supporting customers and ensuring smooth operations within the customer service department. This role involves handling administrative tasks, processing transactions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Process customer transactions, including orders, shipping documents, invoices, and credit notes.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Planning, QA, and Finance, to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Prepare and generate reports on customer satisfaction and service metrics.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree or certification in a related field is a plus).
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities.
