Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.00/hr - $20.17/hr Temp to Hire

What's a typical day as Patient Care Representative? You'll be:
  • Review all information is accurate and meets company and regulatory standards.
  • Accepts deliveries from couriers.
  • Accession patient sample information and physician test orders according to requisitions, accurately.
  • Verify required information, per HIPPA/CAP/CLIA, is obtained on all orders
  • Identify missing information and execute proper route when missing information is identified.
  • Scan patient requisitions for medical records.
    This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months experience working in a laboratory environment
  • Experience working with MS Office Suite, required
  • Maintain an error rate below .10% with a goal of zero errors per month
  • Ability to maintain confidentially of all medical, financial, and legal information
  • Previously worked a 3rd shift is required
Preferred qualifications include:
  • One recent (1) years of work experience in a Lab setting
  • Experience with HIPAA and patient services
