Laboratory Work Flow Support Specialist
Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking Laboratory  Work Flow Support Specialist nine month assignment for our client in Spring House. PA. This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position. As a KellyOCG employee you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from. Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual to join our Translational ADME (Absorption Distribution Metabolism & Excretion) Team to support our externalized assay operations. This role will focus on supporting the end-to-end workflow for the delivery of in vitro ADME assays fulfilled by CRO partners; including, but not limited to, compound ordering, collation of request information, internal data review, upload into internal database and archiving in Electronic Notebook (ELN).

Shift- Monday to Friday day shift
HYBRID 3 days on site
Must be able to provide own IT device
Nine Month assignment
Pay $25.00 an hour

Responsibilities 

  • Provide high quality & timely support to externalized assays established at multiple CRO's. Oversee outsourcing logistics, data QC, data review, data upload & archiving.
  • Act as a key point of contact with respect to (global) enquiries from project teams in relation to the externalized toolbox. Specifically, provide timely responses to questions related to request status and compound/data availability. 
  • Ensure in vitro data archiving in ELN.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science with 2=0-2 years of experience
  • A scientific background would be desirable.
  • Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.  
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Effective communication skills, both written and verbalHigh attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
