Machine Operator at Burlington, ON

• 100% on-site
• 3st shift: 10:00 PM to 6:15 AM – Sunday to Thursday
• Contract: T4 under staffing supplier, 4-month duration (possible extension according to performance)
• Pay Rate: (CAD) 20.90 per hour

SUMMARY: This role is for a Machine Operator in Burlington, ON, responsible for operating and maintaining personalization and/or fulfillment equipment to meet high standards of productivity and quality.

Core Responsibilities:

• Operation & Maintenance: Run and rotate between multiple personalization and fulfillment machines, perform quality checks, and complete scheduled Preventive Maintenance.

• Productivity: Consistently meet defined shift targets and track daily performance.

• Team & Improvement: Actively participate in team initiatives, including HSE (Health, Safety, Environment), security, continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen), problem-solving, and waste reduction.

• Communication: Clearly communicate instructions and information to other team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with electro-mechanical equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting is required.
• Candidates must have strong manual dexterity, the ability to multi-task, work without constant supervision.
• Be able to stand for long periods.
• Must also be flexible to work varying shifts (including weekends).
