Job Title: Line Lead – Production Apprentice
Location: Goldmine Rd, Monroe, NC 28110
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift
We are currently hiring a motivated and dependable Line Lead – Production Apprentice to join our manufacturing team in Monroe, NC. This entry-level leadership role is designed to provide hands-on training and exposure to multiple departments, including Quality Assurance, Inventory Control, Fulfillment, Press Room, Production Planning, and Shipping & Receiving. The ideal candidate is eager to grow into a leadership role while learning the full scope of production operations.
Key Responsibilities:-
Shadow experienced production staff to learn operational procedures and workflows.

Receive on-the-job training and ongoing constructive feedback for development.

Maintain a daily knowledge log documenting new skills and processes.

Assist with specialty projects that provide practical experience across departments.

Build professional relationships and communicate effectively with team members.

Identify risks and contribute to proactive problem-solving solutions.

Support production goals while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED ( must show Proof

Must be at least 18 years old.

Prior experience in manufacturing is a plus.

Strong work ethic with honesty and integrity.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality.

Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.

Eagerness to learn, grow, and lead in a fast-paced environment.
