Job Title: Line Lead – Production Apprentice
Location: Goldmine Rd, Monroe, NC 28110
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring a motivated and dependable Line Lead – Production Apprentice to join our manufacturing team in Monroe, NC. This entry-level leadership role is designed to provide hands-on training and exposure to multiple departments, including Quality Assurance, Inventory Control, Fulfillment, Press Room, Production Planning, and Shipping & Receiving. The ideal candidate is eager to grow into a leadership role while learning the full scope of production operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shadow experienced production staff to learn operational procedures and workflows.

  • Receive on-the-job training and ongoing constructive feedback for development.

  • Maintain a daily knowledge log documenting new skills and processes.

  • Assist with specialty projects that provide practical experience across departments.

  • Build professional relationships and communicate effectively with team members.

  • Identify risks and contribute to proactive problem-solving solutions.

  • Support production goals while ensuring quality and efficiency.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED ( must show Proof 

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Prior experience in manufacturing is a plus.

Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong work ethic with honesty and integrity.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality.

  • Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.

  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and lead in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
