Job Title: Logistics Center (LC) Associate
Location: Roseville, CA
Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.25 per hour
Position: Temp to Permanent
 
Overview:
Join our Logistics Center team as an LC Associate and play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their products on time and efficiently. As part of our team, you'll work collaboratively to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Verification: Ensure accuracy in picking, cycle counting, put away, and receiving products to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Receiving Operations: Properly receive and store all packages.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain cycle count integrity.
  • Loading/Unloading: Handle trucks and trailers appropriately.
  • Goods Inspection: Unpack and verify goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
  • Pick Functions: Perform various pick processes including Paper Pick, Paper Smart Pick, Paperless Pick, Parcel Batch Pick, and LTL Pick.
  • Lift and Move: Heavy lifting required; may operate a forklift.
  • Other Duties: Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
 
Qualifications:
  • Excel Proficiency: Essential for daily operations.
  • Warehouse Management System Experience: Prior knowledge required.
  • Electric Pallet Jack Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year.
  • Preferred Additional Experience:
  • LC Associate II - MHE
  • ERP systems (e.g., Oracle)
  • Customer service and Outlook/Email proficiency
  • Shipping (FedEx, UPS)
  • Teams video interviews
 
Requirements:
  • Safety Gear: Must wear steel-toed safety shoes.
  • Facilities: Access to personal locker upon starting. Cafeteria available with refrigerator and vending machines; bring your own lunch.
