Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Potential for Overtime)
Pay Rate: $23/hour
Duration: Long-term temp, up to 1 year
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Assembler to perform complex machine assembly tasks. This role involves using your technical expertise to build sub-assemblies and work on improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Execute complex assembly tasks.
• Accurately measure in both inch and metric units.
• Utilize blueprints, part lists, and hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
• Trouble-shoot and resolve assembly issues.
• Enhance productivity, efficiency, and working conditions.
• Maintain a tidy and organized work area.
• Work overtime as required to meet project deadlines.
• Attend relevant meetings and implement decisions.
• Adhere to company rules and support SYNCHRO principles.
• Follow TRUMPF Quality Standards (TQS).
• Engage in the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP).

Experience Required:

• At least 2 years in machine tool assembly or 5 years in manufacturing machine tool parts, maintenance, or service.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted and performing repetitive reaching and bending.
• Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints.
• Familiarity with documentation, drawings, and part lists.
• Experience with electrical wiring assembly and computer skills is a plus.
• Forklift operation experience is an advantage.
