Join Our Team as an Entry-Level Machine Operator! Are you ready to launch your manufacturing career? We're seeking motivated individuals to join our high-performing pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Fort Washington, PA. No prior experience required—just your willingness to learn and grow in an industry that makes a real difference!
Location: Fort Washington, PA
Pay Rate: $20.52/hr
Shift: 12-hour shifts, 2-2-3 schedule (6:15pm – 6:45am)
What You'll Do:

  • Learn to operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment.
  • Assist with setup and adjustment of machines to meet production and quality standards.
  • Support troubleshooting and routine maintenance, with plenty of training provided.
  • Maintain accurate records of operations, quality checks, and maintenance activities.
  • Work closely with maintenance, quality assurance, and engineering teams.
  • Participate in ongoing training for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED (technical certifications are a plus).
  • 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation—no previous experience required!
  • Interest in learning machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow directions.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
  • Familiarity with SOPs/GMP is a plus; full training provided.
