Job Summary:
As a Machine Operator /Mixers, you will play a crucial role in our production process by combining raw materials to create consistent and high-quality color concentrates. Your attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our success in delivering top-notch products. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location:  Mukwonago, WI
- Pay Rate: $17.50/Hour
- Shift: 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Mix raw materials according to specific formulations and production schedules.
- Operate mixing equipment and ensure it is functioning properly.
- Monitor the mixing process to ensure uniformity and quality of the final product.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of batches and production activities.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of mixing equipment.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to adhere to them.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining production records.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
