Machine Operator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Entry Level Machine Operator to join our team at Freudenberg in Bristol, NH. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines related to rubber, springs, and metal stamping/treatment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in manufacturing and gain valuable experience in a dynamic industry. Training will be provided on the first shift, and all necessary skills will be taught to ensure your success in this role.
Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time

- Pay Rate: $19.99/hr + $0.50/hr on 2nd shift + $1.00/hr on 3rd shift
- Shifts:
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm
- 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7am
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machines used for compression/injection molding.
- Produce various seals used in the automotive and machinery industry.
- Perform inspections on finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Utilize basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Willingness to train on the first shift for a minimum of 2-3 weeks.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 35lbs.
