Join Our Team as a Machine Operator – Rochester, NY
Kelly® is partnering with a reputable manufacturing company in Rochester, NY, to find a dedicated Machine Operator. If you're looking to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this opportunity could be the right fit for you!
Pay: $17-19/hr (Based on experience and shift)
Shift: Monday – Friday
- A Shift: 6am to 2pm
- B Shift: 2pm to 10pm
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Efficiently operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Configure and calibrate machines according to production requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs, reporting major issues to the maintenance team.
- Conduct inspections on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Maintain accurate records of machine performance, production outputs, and any issues.

What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of related experience in machine operation or manufacturing.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable with working mandatory overtime on Saturdays as needed.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety.
- Team player with strong attention to detail.
