Position: Slitter Operator Assistant / Machine Operator Assistant
Location: El Dorado Hills, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Slitter Operator Assistant / Machine Operator Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support Press Operators with key tasks to ensure efficient and safe press operation. This includes preparing materials, operating the rewind slitter and table, assisting with press setup, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in press make-ready procedures
• Operate rewind slitter and rewind table
• Stage materials for upcoming jobs
• Perform general cleanup and press maintenance
• Support continuous production flow under supervision

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Comfortable working on your feet and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
