Now Hiring: Machine Operator
Location: Rochester, NY
Temporary, with potential for long-term opportunity
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50/hour

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Mandatory overtime required during peak seasons = Extra cash during busy times!

In this role, you will operate and maintain machinery to produce high-quality products. You will also support production tasks such as inspecting, packaging, labeling, and quality control. Candidates should be flexible and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on machines
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet standards
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and inspecting products on the production line
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Communicate production delays or equipment issues to supervisors
  • Participate in overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required – training provided for motivated candidates
  • Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Willingness to be flexible and assist in different production tasks
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Physical Requirements:
  • Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
  • Able to sit, stand frequently, and bend occasionally
  • Comfortable working in a factory/production environment
