Machine Operator – $18.70/hr. | Lima, NY (2nd Shift)

Looking for a second shift job with hands-on work and great pay? We're hiring Machine Operators to join a team producing high-quality packaging and labeling products in Lima, NY. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys active work, structured tasks, and a supportive team environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $18.70/hour (paid weekly)| 
Job Type: Temp to Hire

Job Duties:

• Operate production machines and assist with material handling
• Monitor print and packaging quality during runs
• Label, pack, and prepare items for shipment
• Follow production schedules and complete daily logs
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on the floor

Requirements:

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently
• Reliable transportation to Lima (not bus accessible)
• Strong work ethic and attendance record
