4 days / 40 hours per week-shift

1st shift: 
Mon-Thu / 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM / 17$ per hour

2nd shift: Mon-Thu  /  3 PM - 1:00 AM / $18.70 per hour

 

JOB SUMMARY

The Machine Operator operates various card production equipment to personalize debit/credit cards according to customer specifications. This role works with other operators, technicians, and supervisors to meet daily and monthly goals while performing minor equipment maintenance and adjustments. The ideal candidate will be a high-paced, independent worker who is proactive in identifying and resolving production issues and is committed to maintaining a clean and orderly work area.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain card production equipment.

  • Prioritize and execute work to meet production output and quality standards.

  • Perform quality inspections on your own work.

  • Identify potential production and quality problems, and recommend solutions.

  • Work collaboratively with staff to address issues and maintain an effective work environment.

  • Ensure awareness of and compliance with all security and production policies and procedures.

  • Order supplies and attend required training and meetings.

  • Maintain a clean and orderly workstation.

 

Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Basic computer skills and math skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities.

  • Ability to read and interpret written, oral, and diagrammed instructions.

  • Preferred: 1-3 years of experience with mechanical maintenance and safety rules.

  • Preferred: Intermediate computer skills.
